Her experience spans Fortune 500 firms and growing small to mid-sized organizations, giving her a unique ability to bring both operational discipline and practical, people-centered execution. She is known for helping leaders navigate growth and complexity with clear systems, strong accountability, and a steady, integrative approach.
Outside of work, she can be found hiking, lifting weights, serving the community, and exploring the West Coast with her very spoiled pup.
