I’m Stephanie Venturella, founder of Uplift Operations. After scaling teams and people systems in Fortune 500 and complex nonprofit environments, I discovered a passion for supporting mission-driven startups through advisory work on the side..
As these organizations grew, it became clear their people systems weren’t keeping pace, while full-time executive support wasn’t always practical. Uplift Operations bridges that gap by bringing strategic, human-centered People leadership at a fraction of the cost of a full-time executive.
Outside of work, I love hiking, lifting weights, podcasts, serving the community, and exploring the West Coast with my very spoiled pups.
