Meet Our Founder
I’m Stephanie Venturella, founder of Uplift Operations. After years scaling teams in Fortune 500 financial institutions, boutique law firms, and complex nonprofits, I realized that many small-but-growing firms don’t have access to strategic HR leadership — even when its impact is critical.
My mission is to bring strategic rigor and operational savvy at a fraction of the cost and overhead of a full-tome executive, while keeping humans at the heart of every strategy,
Outside of work, I love hiking, lifting weights, listening to podcasts, and exploring the West Coast with my two (very spoiled) pups.
